"Two lovely berries molded on one stem"

That's what she said!

I guess in this case, it literally is what she said. As most of you closet Shakespere fans know, the above is a line from, A Midsummer Night's Dream, which I had the pleasure of seeing in Spring Green last night at APT. The play was excellent. The classic dialouge was used (for the most part) but the cosutmes were all contemporary. Which added a modern twist to a classic play. The was my first time to APT and will hopefully be the first of many visits. The night was perfect for an outdoor play, the crowd was lively and seemingly appreciative. (During intermission I eased dropped on more than one conversation taking place analyzing the meaning of the themes in the play, and the actors takes on the characters, not something often overheard in Stevens Point)

More importantly though, I got to go with 5 excellent people. My wife, Jeff, Natalie, Snoop, and Alexis are all amazing people, we always have a blast when hanging out. I consider myself lucky that they still seem to put up with me on a regular basis.

Not only did we see a show, but spent some time in a cabin in the woods. Playing Yahtzee, Bocce Ball, Catchpharse....No Bingo....but we did play Scene It. Other than some singed arm hair, eveyone came out of the weekend happy and healthy.

Over the past few years this group of people has grown to be some of my best friends. I look forward to the adventures that the future brings.

Oh...and, So's your face.
